Meeting Schedule
Board meetings are held at 6:30 PM on the
third Tuesday of each
month at the
Arbor Roses Club House.
Homeowners are encouraged to attend and can bring questions and
concerns to the Board during the open forum at these meetings.

Arbor Roses Board is sponsoring a SUPER BOWL - on the big
screen at the club house. SUNDAY FEBRUARY 5th 1pm to finish. Pizza and
soda provided. Please RSVP to
arborrosesclubhouse@gmail.com so that we can get a head count. BYOB is
acceptable. Come and meet your neighbors!

New Resolutions: At the January Board meeting, the
Board of Directors passed two resolutions pertaining to Article 4 Lots &
Homes: 4.8 Animals 4.9 Nuisance & Noise, which can both be downloaded on the
Documents page:

Pet Resolution, using language, ordinances and codes from the
city of Hillsboro and Washington County regulations to enhance Arbor Roses
Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions

CC&R REMINDERS
-
CC&Rs Article 4 Lots & Homes - 4.3 The following
restrictions are minimum standards applicable to all Lots: (c) Garages.
Garages are to be maintained primarily for the parking automobiles or
similar vehicles. Garages may not be used as a primary use for storage.

CC&Rs Article 4 Lots & Homes - 4.10 Alley Parking
Parking shall only be in garages or driveways if no portion of the vehicle
overhangs the street, sidewalks or pathways. In addition, parking of
vehicles is prohibited on any public/private street or Common Area within
the Property unless so designated as a parking area. Alleyway’s are posted
no parking at any time. Vehicles illegally parked in the alley can and will
be towed at owners expense.
