How do I pay my assessments?
Northwest Community Management is our managing partner and
they invoice our assessments. Invoices are sent monthly, which includes a
return envelope for payment. Their mailing address is:

If you have any questions about your invoice or payment, you
can contact their offices at 503-670-8111.
Alternatively, you can setup automatic electronic payment of
your assessments by completing an
ACH Form
and submitting it to the above address or emailing it to
Accounts Receivable.
