Our Management
Our
association is managed by the Board of Directors in partnership with
Northwest Community
Management as our agent.
They handle our assessment billing, compliance issues, ARC
processing, and help us with the administration of HOA business.

About Us
|
 Arbor
Roses is a planned community in Hillsboro of 614 single-family and townhouse
homes, conveniently located near shopping and other amenities off of TV
Highway. We have a neighborhood clubhouse and swimming pool, a playground,
and several parks throughout the community.
We are also located next to the
Jackson Bottom Wetlands Preserve,
a 725-acre refuge for a diverse range of wildlife and wetland plants.
 In
addition to being part of the general Arbor Roses Community, homes are also
part of one of the four community divisions, depending on their location and
type: Cottages, Terraces, Chateaus, and Rowhomes.
