Owners: do you know that you can plant annuals and perennials flowers in your front yards? If you should choose to plant flowers/bushes etc. on your property you need to let the HOA know as we need to inform the landscape company as these become your responsibility to maintain and we want to make sure the gardeners leave your plant alone. If you want to plant something that is larger like trees then you will need to submit an ARC application that requires an approval. You can access the ARC application by clicking on Documents > 5. Miscellaneous > ARC Form and follow the directions. Some owners have removed the grass in the small court yard areas and replaced it with patio pavers, some have added plants and made their little space of landscape personalized. If you have made changes to your front yards and do not want the gardeners to prune or trim your front yards area please send an email to email@example.com.
