Lighting Safety Reminder for Arbor Roses residents. Please
take time to check the light bulb in the alley behind your home. If
the bulb is burnt out it is your responsibility to replace it. All
bulbs should be replaced with 13watt compact fluorescent (CFL)
bulbs. These seem to have a longer life span. Every homeowner is
responsible to ensure that lights in the alleys behind the attached
Rowhomes and detached homes are working. Also this didn't make it on
the website? Maybe I didn't see it. |

New Resolution. The Utility Resolution was adopted by the
Board of Directors on 10/21/08, which you can now download from the
Documents page. The Utility
Resolution will commence on January 1, 2009. If any assessments
remain unpaid by an Owner for more than three (3) months from the
date due for its payment, the Board shall send a notice to the owner
informing them the internet service, fitness room and pool fobs will
be deactivated. A disconnect charge will be applied to the
homeowner's account. For more information,
please refer to the newly
adopted resolution. A past due account will need to be paid
in full before to service can be restored. |
 |
"NO TRESPASSING" sign is posted at the Pond. The Board of
Directors have installed no trespassing signs to the pond area. This
has been done to keep kids safe, prolong the life of our landscaping
and reduce damage to pond equipment. The Board of Directors will be
issuing compliance warnings to trespassers found in the pond area.
Hopefully this will discourage people from loitering and playing in
the pond and surrounding area. This is to protect all of us
financially, and most importantly, keep our kids safe. |
 |
Bicyclist & Skateboarders. The Board of Directors and the
Neighborhood Watch would like to remind you to please be courteous
when riding/skateboarding in the Arbor Roses Community. You will
need to yield the right-of-way to pedestrians and children using the
side walks. When approaching an area of pedestrian congestion, or
children playing on the sidewalk, bicyclists and skateboarders need
to dismount and walk the bicycle or skateboard past the area of
congestion or children at play. |
