Board meetings are held at 6:30 PM on the
third Tuesday of each
month at the
Arbor Roses Club House.
Homeowners are encouraged to attend and can bring questions and
concerns to the Board during the open forum at these meetings.

Wanted: Volunteer to lead this project:
Community Garden Community Garden. The Board of
Directors has been discussing the possibility of a community garden for all
the green thumbs out there. They are looking for feedback from residents
from the community. Ideas, suggestions, locations, volunteers...? Interested
parties please join us at the next Board of Directors meeting on Tuesday,
April 17th @ 6:30 to join in on the fun. You can also send your ideas to
Bev Boyd and she will
pass the information on to the board and other interested community members.

CC&R REMINDERS

“Beware of Dog Poop” Please clean up after your pets when
walking them in the community! Dog feces does not a good fertilizer make. It
is actually toxic to the lawn, causing burns and unsightly discoloring. More
importantly, it has been estimated that a single gram of dog feces can
contains 23 million fecal coliform bacteria, known to cause cramps,
diarrhea, intestinal illness, and serious kidney disorders in humans.

CC&Rs Article 4 Lots & Homes - 4.8 Animals No animals,
livestock or poultry of any kind shall be raised, bred, kept or permitted
within any Lot other than a reasonable number of domestic household pets
which are not kept, bred or raised for commercial purposes and which are
reasonably controlled so as not to be a nuisance. Any inconvenience, damage
or unpleasantness caused by such pets, including noise, shall be the
responsibility of the respective Owners thereof. No dogs shall be permitted
to roam the Property unattended, and all dogs shall be kept on a leash while
outside a Lot.

CC&Rs Article 4 Lots & Homes - 4.3 The following
restrictions are minimum standards applicable to all Lots: (c) Garages.
Garages are to be maintained primarily for the parking automobiles or
similar vehicles. Garages may not be used as a primary use for storage.
