• Arbor Roses Pool Rules
  Fitness Center Hours: 4:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  Pool Hours: 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  Adult Swim 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

1. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 14 MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times.

2. All pool/spa users are strongly encouraged to take a CLEANSING SHOWER prior to entering the pool or spa.

3. NO SMOKING within the recreation complex.

4. GLASS CONTAINERS are not allowed, except in the kitchen area.

5. NO ALCOHOL allowed anywhere within the recreation complex, including the pool area.

6. NO PETS allowed within the complex, except assistance dogs.

7. NO DIAPERS, including swim, cloth, or disposable diapers, allowed in the main pool or spa. Only swim diapers are allowed in the wading pool.

8. NO CHILDREN under the age of 14 allowed in the spa.

9. NO RUNNING, DIVING, OR HORSEPLAY allowed anywhere within the recreation complex.

10. NO PROFANITY or inappropriate language in the recreation complex.

11. NO PUBLIC DISPLAYS OF AFFECTION allowed in the pool area.

12. ADULT SWIM HOURS 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. All individual under the age of 21 must vacate the pool area during this time.

13. GUEST are welcome in the pool area under the following conditions: 1) They must be accompanied by the resident of whom they are a guest. The resident must be at least 18 years of age. 2) There is a maximum of two (2) guests allowed to accompany a resident(s) at any one time.

14. All State of Oregon pool and spa rules are to be followed at all times. These rules are kept by the pool staff.

15. Please see the Clubhouse Facility Policy for guidelines regarding adult supervision of children. There is no lifeguard on duty.

16. Please call the Hillsboro Police Department at 503-629-0111 if you observe trespassers of any age or any illegal or suspicious activity within the recreation complex. If your FOB does not work send an email to arborroseshoa@yahoo.com.

CC&R REMINDERS

• Window Air Conditioners not allowed. Article 4, Section 4.16 Window Mounted Air Conditioner Units -- No Window Air Conditioners will be allowed to be installed or approved by the ARC.

• Home improvements reminder. The approach of spring may have you thinking of tackling that landscaping project or exterior improvement. Just remember that any exterior changes require ARC approval beforehand, so be sure to submit an ARC application before any work begins.
